Ordering Information
- 1. BY POST. Please enclose with your letter your payment by cheque or postal order. Credit Card customers may quote their card number and expiry date, or their Maestro card number, issue number and expiry date and we will debit the total amount. Please give also your telephone number.
- 2. BY TELEPHONE. Dial 01392 252000, any time day or night, and leave your name, address, telephone number, credit card number with expiry date and order. Please spell any unusual words and speak slowly and clearly if leaving your order on our answerphone. 24 hour service.
- 3. ONLINE. Use our Shopping Basket system to collect your purchases and then proceed through to the Checkout for credit/debit card payment.
P&P will be added automatically to all online orders. Our charges are weight based and include a small element for packing materials. All orders are sent by First Class for UK and Airmail for overseas.
Orders paid by cheque, PO or cash must add a 20% P&P charge instead. Overpayments of £1.00 or more when compared with the weight based charges made for online orders will be refunded by a Credit Voucher.
Any item found to be faulty on arrival will be replaced without quibble.
