E-Club ProPrivacy Policy
At Mark Leveridge Magic we are fundamentally against unsolicited mailing, both through the post and via the internet. For this reason, personal data collected by us is used only to process customers' orders, and is not used either for future publicity distribution nor is it sold or passed on to any other businesses or individuals for their use.
Customers who choose to join our E-Club must first opt in and are given the opportunity at any time to opt out. E-mail addresses kept on our files are used only for contacting customers to confirm or query orders or to respond to direct enquiries.
To guarantee protection of important payment card information we use SagePay as our card handling company. SagePay use industry standard security measures to maintain the integrity of customer information and they do not pass online order card information to us. Credit card information given to us directly by customers ordering by mail or telephone is shredded once the transaction is completed and no card information is retained on our computer databases.
Personal information, such as addresses, telephone numbers, order details etc, is stored on our office computers which are protected by AVG Anti Virus and Firewall software.
