We aim to provide you with a service of the highest standard, and try our very best to supply your needs and requirements quickly and efficiently.

All orders are normally dealt with the day they are received (Monday-Friday), and all are sent by FIRST CLASS POST for inland orders and by AIRMAIL for overseas. If an item is out of stock and there is likely to be a delay before it can be supplied WE WILL NOTIFY YOU

With all Online Orders, you will receive an automated email to confirm the acceptance of your order and we will then send you a second email on the day that your order is being sent.

If you do not receive your goods as quickly as you might expect, and having left a reasonable amount of time to cover postal delays, PLEASE CONTACT US. It may well be that your order to us has gone astray or that our parcel to you has gone missing. Either way, it is best to check first.

If any part of your order arrives damaged or is in any way faulty, we will replace it without quibble provided that the damaged goods are returned to us within 7 days of their original despatch. Items are NOT sent on approval, however. Because when you purchase a magic product you are paying in part for the secret, once that item has been received it cannot be returned simply because it does not suit as the value and benefit of that item is deemed to have already been acquired by you.
